That explains that when you ventilate your feelings by talking to a psychologist or a good friend , you star feeling feel much better .You can talk aloud to yourself or you can talk to the Lord aloud. Talking about negative feelings stimulates a part of the brain which is responsible for impulsive control. For example , the Hindu’s have a great way of talking to the God through his statue. Hindus have always been friends with nature and talk to the Universal Soul, Sun, Moon , Sea , Trees and every thing.
